How is this course delivered?
The EMP is an innovative combination of lecture based training and practical studio tuition.
Lecture based training
Consists of interactive sessions based on comprehensive notes and visual demonstrations of theory and concepts. Guest lecturers are invited to provide industry workshops. Students are assessed on all topics covered at the end of the course.
In-studio training
Lecturers and established industry guests conduct studio demonstrations showcasing studio equipment and best practice production techniques. Students are tested individually on key studio processes before progressing to each stage in the course.
Studio access
Students gain access to SAE’s world class audio studios, production suites
and computer workstations outside of class times under expert supervision.
