Financial Assistance

SAE Institute of Technology works with SLM Financial (a Sallie Mae Company), to offer student loans for all our programs. You can fill out an application directly on their web site using SAE-LA school code: 606625. SLM Financial will allow you to borrow up to $10,000.00 ABOVE tuition cost to assist you with living expenses.

SAE-LA accepts the GI Bill for students enrolled in Diploma programs: Audio Technology Program, and Digital Film Production.

Electronic Music Production (Certificate)

Registration Fee:

Tuition:
One to Three Classes (each): $1000.00
All Four Classes Consecutively: $3300.00
Each class is 36 hours total duration; Full program: 144 hours
Classes two nights per week

Digital Film Editing (Certificate)

Registration Fee:

Tuition:
$4500.00
Includes external hard drive and all lab fees. Student may option to upgrade to a MacBook Pro with Final Cut Express or Final Cut Pro Bundle for an additional fee.
Schedule:
Two classes per week: Thursdays 6-9:30pm & Saturdays 2-5:30pm.
18 week duration.
Students complete voluntary lab projects on-site in the school's edit labs. Lab times are scheduled by the student around the regular class schedule.
